FAQ About Our Rate
Are all of your services $24/hour?
How can I find out how much my task/project will cost?
Easy - just fill out or simple Get Started form or Email us your service request. We'll send you an estimate that will factor in the number of hours plus any expenses so you'll know exactly what to expect.
Can I pay with my credit or debit card online?
Yes! When we start working for you, we will invite you to join our client portal, where you can pay invoices online using debit, credit, and Paypal.
Can I pay with cash or a check?
Sure. When you receive our invoice, simply mail us your check or cash. Just keep in mind that we are not liable for lost mail, so be sure to use a delivery service that utilizes tracking for your own security.
Can I book a service that will take less than an hour?
Yes! Just keep in mind that we charge a 1-hour minimum for all Task & Errand or One-Time services. However, multiple requests made on the same day (example: picking up your dry-cleaning AND your instrument from the repair shop) can be combined to meet the one-hour minimum.
Does your rate include expenses such as cab or metro fare?
Our rate includes standard MTA metro fare in the 5 Manhattan boroughs, but it does not include LIR, New Jersey Transit, cab fares, etc. We'll make sure you approve these expenses before we get to work so there will be no surprises when you receive our invoice.
Is travel time included in my cost estimate?
Travel time is factored into service fees when the task itself requires travel (ie: picking up and dropping off your instrument from the repair shop). We'll always reflect this (when it applies) in our estimate that we will send prior to completing a task. No surprises, ever! Read more about how we calculate travel time here.
Is there an additional fee for short notice requests or expedited services?
There is a $10 fee for service requests that are made with less than 12 hours notice.
